5Continents recently brought a select group of ten travel advisors to the islands of French Polynesia.
The trip from Dec 8-18, 2024 was led by 5Continents’ Tammy Olivier, BDM for Western Canada and Holly McCullough, a travel designer.
Advisors visited the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, and Rangiroa. Highlights included the 2024 Tahiti Tourisme Exchange, site inspections, island tours, activities like snorkeling with stingrays and black tipped-reef sharks, drift snorkeling, and a day spent at the Blue Lagoon on Rangiroa.
The FAM provided insights into inter-island travel logistics, including Air Tahiti flights and ferry options and recommendations for tailoring itineraries to different client preferences, from luxury honeymooners to adventure seekers.
5Continents says participants gained a deeper understanding of the local culture and how it enriches the overall travel experience.
