DAY 3 – Dublin / Belfast / Dublin
- Departure towards Belfast, capital of Northern Ireland following the spectacular scenic Irish coast. Splendidly situated at the head of Belfast Lough the City is compact and easy to get around, whether by car or on foot. The late 18th century saw its rejuvenation when it became the "Athens of the North", changing into an industrial city with linen and shipbuilding as dominating industries. The launch of the Titanic in 1911 represented the zenith of this development.
- Your first visit today is the Titanic Exhibition. This state-of-the-art visitor experience tells the story of the Titanic ship, from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900’s, through her construction and launch, to her famous maiden voyage and her tragic end.
- Continue your city tour while our eloquent guides will point out places in the city associated with Belfast’s landmarks. The city has many famous sons most notably the rock and jazz singer Van Morrison, winner of six Grammy Awards, the prolific writer C.C. Lewis best known for his Chronicles of Narnia fantasy series.
- Lunch in Belfast.
- Following lunch, you will have the opportunity to go on a Black Taxi Tour during which driver will give you a very personal tour… historical and anecdotal information related to “the troubles” in Northern Ireland.
- Return to Dublin in the afternoon.
DAY 4 – Dublin
- Day at leisure.
- Gala dinner at Christ Church cathedral one of Dublin’s most unique venue.
- Drummers will be welcoming the guests before proceeding to the crypt for a very unusual cocktail set up.
- A choir will invite the participants to enter the church which has been turned into one of the most amazing gala dinner set.
- A local group of opera singers will create an acoustic experience one will never forget.
- Throughout dinner, entertainment will give a rhythm to the evening.
- After dinner, guests are expecting the evening to end, Irish dancers come out of nowhere and give for 10 minutes one of the most memorable Irish dance shows.

- Return to the hotel late afternoon.

DAY 3 – Rome
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Day at leisure or group activities such as a private cooking class or a tour de the vineyard in the city’s vicinity.
- Dine around tonight to discover some of Rome’s most prestigious restaurants offering some of the most magnificent views on the city.

- The tour will end with a gelato stop on one of the squares.
- Board your private vessel, Fernandes for a cocktail sunset cruise, allowing you to capture some of the most beautiful views of the island. Dinner.

DAY 3 – M’dina and Vineyard
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Departure toward M’dina the silent city. Upon arrival visit of this beautiful walled city followed by a bit of free time. Meet the group on a privatized square for the group where a gastronomic lunch will be served.
- In the afternoon visit one of Malta’s vineyard and enjoy a wine tasting with some of the local cheeses.
- Dinner at the mystical restaurant Blue Elephant located at the Hilton Malta. The restaurant has been privatized for you. Decorated with huts, waterfalls and lush greenery, the Blue Elephant restaurant is reminiscent of a traditional Thai Village, showcasing the vibrant colours, exotic flavours and extravagant presentation of Thai cuisine. Guests can sip Mai Tais while enjoying the glorious marina views, or sample authentic Thai dishes such as Dim Sum and Sweet and Sour Emerald Chicken.

- Gala dinner at the MCC chosen for its unique historical character of a national monument. The MCC is considered to be Malta’s flagship of venues. This morning 2 teams of 10 guests sail aboard a fleet of performance Beneteau, Sydney or Dufour yachts. Each team is led by a highly qualified and experienced skip- per/instructor who will guide and encourage everyone to take an active part in the steering and sailing of the yacht. The sailing regatta course is strategically planned for the prevailing winds and to take the yachts close to many of Sydney Harbour’s best attractions.

DAY 4 – Sydney - Ayers Rock
After breakfast transfer to Sydney Airport where you will board your flight to Ayers Rock (Uluru) accompanied by your Pacific Destinations hosts.
Upon arrival we will travel to the mystical 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. An easy walk following the creek between the two tallest domes takes you to Walpa Gorge where you will enjoy spectacular views.
Check-in at your hotel in the afternoon and time to refresh.

DAY 5 – Ayers Rock - Cairns
Before sunrise this morning your hosts will accompany you to Ayers Rock. Watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre and Uluru alight. After sunrise join your Guide for a drive around the base of Uluru. Then travel by coach to the Mutitjulu Walk where you will be escorted to the Mutitjulu Waterhole. View Aboriginal rock art and hear about the Aboriginal and European history of the area. Visit the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre to see locally made arts and crafts.
Back at your hotel you will have some time to refresh. You will enjoy lunch at the hotel restaurant before transferring to Ayers Rock Airport and fly to Cairns.
